What to expect

You'll enter a private cocoon-like pod and settle into warm, mineral-rich water that holds you at the surface without any physical effort. The pod's interior responds to your preferences—dim the lights, select ambient sounds (waves, rainforest), play music, or embrace silence. Ninety minutes passes in a peculiar suspended state where your nervous system genuinely downshifts. Afterwards, shower off the salt, towel down, and decompress with tea or coffee.
