What to expect
You'll be collected from your hotel and driven to the spa in Nusa Dua or Jimbaran. On arrival, you'll change into a sarong and settle in. The two hours unfolds progressively: foot wash with flowers, full-body scrub to remove dead skin, application of yogurt-based moisturiser, then a traditional massage targeting tension.
