What to expect
You'll meet your guide early and head to the coast for a quick briefing before boarding the speedboat. The crossing to Nusa Penida takes around 30 minutes; expect some chop depending on conditions. Each dive runs 40–50 minutes with surface intervals between sites. You'll descend to walls, channels and sandy slopes where reef fish, turtles and larger pelagics appear depending on season and conditions.
