What to expect
You'll arrive at the school and begin selecting your five dishes from a menu spanning hot and spicy prawn soup, pad Thai, spring rolls, papaya salad, curries, and mango sticky rice. Sow walks you through ingredient preparation, proper knife work, and cooking methods at your own pace. You'll grind curry pastes, manage wok heat, and plate garnishes. Midway through, there's a break before you taste and eat the meals you've prepared. The session wraps with basics of fruit carving—learning how to select quality fruit and use carving tools properly.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off cover Ao Nang only; transfers from Krabi Town, Klong Muang, or Tub Kaek cost 200 THB per person (minimum two). Classes max out at twelve.
