You'll be collected from your hotel around 9am (or later, up to 11am if arranged) in a comfortable, climate-controlled car. Good to know
Book and pay lunch separately at places your driver can recommend. Entrance fees to temples and attractions aren't included—budget accordingly. Travel beyond the main tourist zones costs an extra USD $30 per vehicle, paid in cash to the driver. Baby car seats are USD $10 if needed.
