What to expect
Arrive early enough to settle in with a cool herbal drink and towel. Morning classes begin with a guided walk through a local market—you'll select produce and aromatics under your chef's eye, then return to the fully equipped kitchen. Afternoon sessions skip the market and start straight in the kitchen. Work through four or five dishes depending on your session, learning proper knife work, heat control, and Thai flavour balancing. Your chef will demonstrate each step before you cook your own station. After roughly two hours of prep, you'll sit down together to eat what you've made. Expect to leave hungry: come light for breakfast or lunch.

The school doesn't offer hotel pickups; public transport is nearby, but avoid taxis during rush hours (traffic adds 1–2 hours).
