You'll work with seasoned guides trained in rope systems and water techniques, threading between smaller falls that feed the main drop.

- Swim through canyon sections with guide support
- Located in protected national park forest
What to expect
This blends technical rock work with water immersion. You'll rappel using fixed anchors, move across slippery scrambles, leap from designated heights into clear pools, then swim downstream sections. The route uses the waterfall's natural architecture—smaller cascades bookend the main drop, offering varied terrain. Guides manage all safety rigging; you follow their lead through each phase. Expect wet clothes, cold water and genuine physical exertion. The setting is pristine forest with minimal crowds.
Good to know
Moderate fitness required. Not suitable if pregnant, with spinal issues, poor cardiovascular health, unable to swim or afraid of heights. Lunch isn't included. Optional pickup from Sapa Centre costs $15 per person return. Bring a change of clothes and secure footwear.
