What to expect
Expect genuine exploration rather than theme-park caving. You'll hike through dense jungle to find the cave mouth, then descend into passages that require scrambling, ducking, and careful footwork. This is physically demanding; bring serious fitness and a willingness to get genuinely dirty.
Good to know
Wear sturdy walking boots (provided in sizes 36–46). Bring a torch or headlamp if you have one. Not suitable for pregnant travellers or those with poor fitness.
