About this tour
This five-hour treatment sequence in Bali combines crystal-based chakra alignment with traditional healing practices. You'll move through a detox massage, chakra balancing using gamelan balls on energy points, a flower bath immersion, facial work, either shirodhara oil therapy or foot massage, and finish with a creambath ritual. Fresh juice and a light meal bookend the experience. Free transport covers Nusa Dua and Jimbaran areas.

What to expect
Expect to spend five hours moving between stations in a spa environment. The detox massage warms up your body for what follows. The chakra treatment places crystals at specific anatomical points whilst gamelan balls—smooth, weighted instruments—apply gentle pressure. A flower-filled bath gives you time to absorb the energy work before facial treatment. Mid-way through, you'll opt for either shirodhara (warm oil poured in a steady stream across your forehead) or targeted foot massage depending on preference. The creambath—a thick, warming paste applied and rinsed—closes the sequence. You'll feel deeply relaxed rather than energised.
Good to know
Avoid this treatment if you have spinal issues, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns. Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a change of clothes for after. Arrive hydrated but avoid heavy meals beforehand. The flower bath and creambath can leave residue in hair—plan accordingly.
