About this tour
Spend three hours in a working Roman kitchen learning to shape pizza dough, fold ravioli by hand, and churn gelato whilst a chef guides you through each stage. You'll cook alongside other food-curious travellers, pour unlimited wine throughout, and sit down to eat everything you've made. Walk out with written recipes and the muscle memory to reproduce these dishes at home.

What to expect
You'll arrive to welcome snacks and a glass of wine, then move straight into the kitchen. Expect flour under your fingernails and elbow-to-elbow work at shared benches. The chef demonstrates each technique—stretching dough, crimping edges, tempering gelato—then steps back to watch you do it. There's no standing about: you're active for the full three hours. Midway through, you taste what you've made so far. By hour three, your pizza's baked, ravioli's simmered, gelato's set, and you're eating at a table together, passing bottles of wine between courses.
Good to know
Arrive in comfortable clothes you don't mind staining. The kitchen runs hot from the oven. Gluten-free alternatives available upon request; not suitable for coeliac disease. No hotel transport included—public transit stops nearby. Children welcome in prams; service animals permitted.
