What to expect
You'll start prone or seated whilst the therapist works exfoliating product across your entire body, removing dead skin with firm, rhythmic strokes. The scrub itself takes around 30 minutes. You'll then rinse, and the second half applies a warm, nourishing wrap—usually herbal or oil-based—left on your skin to absorb. A cool-down period precedes your private shower.
