What to expect
You'll complete the PADI eLearning module before arrival (email the centre 24 hours ahead). Upon arrival, instructors walk you through essential skills in shallow water, then guide two dives around nearby reefs. Expect clear views of healthy corals, schools of fish, and if you're lucky, marine turtles. The team monitor your comfort constantly—it's designed for first-timers who are fit enough to handle the physical demands. Bring a medical clearance form if you have any cardiovascular, spinal, or respiratory concerns.
