What to expect
You'll depart Palermo heading southeast with other passengers in a climate-controlled vehicle. After roughly 2–3 hours, you'll arrive at the Valley of the Temples near Agrigento. Armed with an audio guide, spend 2–3 hours walking the archaeological park at your own pace, moving between well-preserved temple foundations, treasury ruins, and elevated terraces. The terrain is mostly paved but involves moderate climbing. Afterwards, rejoin the coach for the final 2–3 hours to Siracusa. Exact timings flex with traffic and seasonal conditions.
Good to know
Pack comfortable walking shoes and water; the site offers limited shade. Luggage allowance is 20 kg checked plus 8 kg carry-on per passenger. Hotel pick-up/drop-off isn't included; arrange your own transport to the meeting point. No licensed guide is provided, so the audio guide is your primary interpretation tool.
