What to expect
Your driver will collect you from your nominated Sydney CBD location at the agreed time. The journey to the airport takes roughly 30–50 minutes depending on traffic and time of day—factor in rush hour if you're travelling midweek mornings. The minivan is climate-controlled and roomy enough that you won't feel cramped, even with a full group and luggage loaded. Your driver knows the airport layout well, so drop-off is straightforward.
Good to know
Gratuity isn't included but is entirely at your discretion. Confirm your pickup address when booking—this service only operates from Sydney CBD or downtown locations. Excess luggage beyond the 11 checked bags incurs extra fees. Travel times vary significantly by traffic, so plan for flexibility.
