What to expect

You'll depart Sorrento in the morning aboard a private speedboat with your guide. The journey to Capri takes roughly 45 minutes, passing dramatic cliff scenery. Once there, you'll have flexibility to swim in sheltered coves, explore sea caves, and snorkel among rocky reefs. The boat anchors in calm spots suitable for confident swimmers. Refreshments keep you comfortable throughout. Before returning to Sorrento in the late afternoon, you'll cruise past the Faraglioni, which appear more imposing from water level than postcards suggest.

Good to know

Bring sunscreen and a rash guard for midday snorkelling. The Blue Grotto entrance (€18 pp) and White Grotto aren't included; check opening conditions beforehand. Port taxes and fuel surcharges are covered. Not suitable for children under six, pregnant travellers, or those with spinal or heart conditions.
