About this tour

Watch skilled performers execute the traditional Kecak fire dance as the sun sets, then join the crowd for grilled seafood on Jimbaran Beach. What to expect
You'll be collected from your hotel and driven south to Padang-Padang, where you can explore the dramatic beach cove tucked between cliffs. From there, continue to Uluwatu Temple, a 16th-century complex sitting 70 metres above the ocean; expect steep steps and temple etiquette (sarongs provided). As light fades, head to the amphitheatre-style venue for the Kecak performance—a hypnotic chant-and-fire spectacle that runs roughly an hour. Afterwards, walk down to Jimbaran Beach where restaurants set up tables in the sand; order grilled fish, prawns, or squid and eat with your feet in the sand as the sky darkens.
Good to know
Kecak dance and dinner are not included in the tour price—budget separately. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a light cover for the temple. The temple's uneven floors and stairs aren't suitable for those with mobility issues or pregnancy. Infants must remain on an adult's lap throughout.
