About this tour
A 7-hour private tour of Bali's clifftop Uluwatu Temple paired with the Kecak and Fire Dance performance at sunset. Watch the Indian Ocean backdrop turn gold while ancient temple grounds fill with chanting performers and acrobatic fire dancers. Three flexible options let you bundle in a seafood dinner at Jimbaran Beach or keep it simpler—your driver picks you up from your hotel and handles all logistics. The temple itself dates to the megalithic era and shares its grounds with a resident monkey population in the surrounding dry forest.

- Kecak and Fire Dance performance with ritualistic chanting

What to expect
Expect a leisurely afternoon beginning with hotel pickup and a scenic drive to Uluwatu Temple perched on the cliff edge. You'll have time to explore the ancient site, watch monkeys navigate the grounds, and absorb the views before the Kecak and Fire Dance kicks off at dusk. The performance combines hypnotic chanting from a circle of shirtless men with acrobatic fire displays—it's theatrical and occasionally chaotic in the best way. If you've chosen the all-inclusive option, dinner follows at a beachside restaurant where the menu centres on fresh catches. The whole experience wraps by evening.
Good to know
Bring a light layer for the clifftop temple—ocean breezes can be cooling. Not suitable for pregnant travellers or those with serious back or heart conditions. Monkeys can be opportunistic with loose items, so secure phones and sunglasses. If opting out of the packaged dinner, know that temple-area dining is limited.
