Roll up your sleeves in central Rome for a 2.5-hour hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make pizza dough and tiramisu from a local chef. Work alongside up to 14 other participants, then sit down to eat what you've made, washing it down with unlimited wine or beer. You'll start with a prosecco or spritz, and the chef handles all ingredient prep—you focus on technique and flavour.

What to expect

After a glass of prosecco or spritz, the chef will walk you through making pizza—mixing dough, stretching it, topping and baking. You'll then move to tiramisu: whisking mascarpone, layering biscuits, dusting cocoa. The class is conversational and casual, not overly technical. Once everything's cooked and assembled, you'll sit down together to eat your creations whilst refilling your wine or beer glass as you like. Expect about 90 minutes of hands-on work, then 45 minutes eating and chatting.
