What to expect
Arrive to prosecco and a spread of olives, cheeses, and cured meats. Your instructor walks you through Roman dough technique for both the rectangular teglia pizza and focaccia variations. You'll then deep-fry supplì—rice balls wrapped in tomato sauce and melted mozzarella—before moving to dessert dough pockets stuffed with Nutella. After three hours of hands-on work, sit down with your group and eat everything you've made, paired with wine. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious; you get your own station.
