What to expect
Expect a day structured around personal healing work rather than sightseeing. You'll begin with an assessment of your energy, then move through guided shamanic techniques—these may include sound work, breathwork, or hands-on energy manipulation. Chakra-focused sessions involve visualisation and somatic awareness exercises. Breaks allow integration time. Lunch is provided midway. The pace is deliberate; there's no rushing. Physical demands are minimal; most work happens seated or lying down. You'll likely feel relaxed, sometimes emotionally stirred, occasionally lightheaded as energy shifts.
Good to know
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Eat lightly before arrival. Infants can attend but must sit with an adult. Bring water. The shaman accepts a donation (negotiable, separate from tour cost). Results vary; this is complementary practice, not medical treatment. Arrive with open curiosity, not scepticism.
