Spend five hours at Siam Cuisine in Krabi learning to prepare six authentic Thai dishes from scratch. Situated between Aonang and Ao Nam Mao, this hands-on cooking school teaches you proper herb selection and technique, then you sit down to eat what you've made. What to expect
You'll arrive at the school and receive a welcome drink before meeting your instructor. They'll walk you through each of the six dishes one at a time, showing you how to identify and prepare the correct herbs and ingredients. You work independently at your own station but with guidance throughout—this isn't a lecture. After finishing each dish, you move on to the next. Once all six are complete, you sit together and eat everything you've cooked. The whole experience takes about five hours. Classes run daily with a minimum of two participants, and the instructor speaks English fluently.
