About this tour
Learn to prepare gluten-free versions of Sorrentine classics under the guidance of a working chef on the Amalfi Coast. Over two and a half hours, you'll master traditional techniques, cook your own dishes, then sit down to eat what you've made alongside local wine and limoncello. The class takes place at a working farm reached by shuttle, with all recipes sent to you afterwards as digital files.
Highlights
- Cook gluten-free pasta and regional mains with professional instruction
- Taste homemade limoncello straight from the farm
- Eat your own prepared lunch paired with local wine
- Learn adaptations of Sorrentine family recipes
- Shuttle transport from central Sorrento included
- Take home digital recipe cards to recreate at home
- Welcome aperitivo before the class begins
What to expect
You'll arrive at the farm via shuttle and be greeted with an aperitivo. After a brief introduction to gluten-free substitutes and techniques, you'll work alongside the chef to prepare two or three dishes typical to the region. Expect hands-on chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating. The pace is leisurely—this isn't rushed. Once everything's ready, you'll sit together at a shared table to eat your creations with wine and water. The chef will answer questions throughout. Afterwards, you'll receive digital copies of every recipe used.

Public transport options exist near Sorrento if you prefer not to use the shuttle. Private hotel pickup is available but requires 48 hours' notice and incurs an additional fee based on distance. Infants must sit on an adult's lap. Bring comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes for kitchen work.
