What to expect
You'll board a well-maintained vessel early morning and motor past Taormina's famous theatre cliffs. The captain steers toward quieter inlets where you can jump in with snorkels. Expect a mix of cruising and anchored time—typically 30 minutes on, 60 minutes off the engine. The boat has shade and seating throughout, though sun exposure is real. Most passengers spend 2–3 hours in the water across multiple stops. Lunch isn't a sit-down meal, rather grazing throughout the day on what's supplied.
Good to know
Bring sunscreen and a rashguard or wetsuit—the Mediterranean can be choppy. Pregnant women, those with heart conditions or spinal injuries, and anyone with poor cardiovascular health should reconsider. Infants must sit on an adult's lap; prams are welcome at the marina. No alcohol for under-18s. Tips aren't included.
