About this tour
Follow a third-generation winemaker through her family's Vouvray vineyard in the Loire Valley to understand how grapes become wine. This three-hour experience walks you amongst the vines, through the working winery, and into the historic rock-carved cellars where wine develops. You'll taste six Loire wines paired with local charcuterie and cheese, guided throughout by Myriam herself. Small groups of no more than twelve mean genuine conversation and personalised attention from someone who grew up in these vineyards.

What to expect
Myriam meets you at the vineyard and takes you first into the rows of vines, explaining what grows where and why. You'll see the landscape that shapes the grapes. Next comes the winery itself—the presses, tanks, and workflow where the harvest transforms into wine. Then down into the cool cellars, where stone walls have been chiselled out over centuries and bottles age in darkness. Finally, you sit for the tasting: six wines, poured and explained, with local cheese, cured meat, and bread to accompany them. It's unhurried and conversational rather than formal.
