Learn to cook three courses from scratch in Fabio's countryside kitchen near Florence, then eat what you've made alongside your host and his partner. Over three hours you'll master fresh pasta, a seasonal main and dessert, starting with a tour of the olive groves that surround his hilltop home. Transport from central Florence is included, as are drinks and the meal itself.

What to expect

Fabio collects you from a Florence city-centre spot and drives you to his elevated home surrounded by olive trees. After a welcome drink, he walks you through his olive harvest and pressing setup. Then you move to the kitchen for a hands-on 2.5-hour session: you'll knead, roll and cut pasta; prepare and simmer sauces; handle the main protein and sides; finish with a dessert. The rhythm is relaxed—Fabio guides but you do the work. Once cooking finishes, you sit down together to eat everything you've made, with wine and coffee. Return transport to Florence is arranged afterwards.
