About this tour
Tear through Ubud's countryside on a quad bike, navigating village tracks, rice paddies, jungle terrain and a natural tunnel before reaching a waterfall. This 90-minute ride cuts inland from the tourist zones into genuine Balinese farming country. You'll ride solo or tandem depending on your choice, with a guide leading the way. Helmets, boots and all safety gear are supplied, plus a post-ride meal and shower facilities to clean up afterwards.
Highlights
- Natural limestone tunnel carved through jungle hillside
- Waterfall hidden deep in rural landscape
- Rice fields and traditional village pathways
- Muddy river crossing and steep climbing sections
- Cold shower and changing facilities on-site
- Solo or two-up riding options available
What to expect
You'll meet your guide at the base, get fitted with helmet and boots, then head out onto a mixed-terrain circuit. Expect tight village lanes giving way to open rice terraces, then jungle singletrack with roots and rocks. The natural tunnel is a cramped squeeze—crouch low or dismount. Beyond that, river crossings test your line choice, and steep uphills demand solid throttle control. The waterfall marks the furthest point before looping back. Most sections are runnable if you're nervous, and your guide sets a manageable pace. Afterwards, rinse off the mud in the outdoor shower and change in the facilities provided.
