What to expect
Your guide will walk you through the working estate, explaining how they cultivate olives and grapes across the surrounding land. You'll move into the tasting room, where you'll sample several oils and wines in sequence—the guide will point out flavour notes, pressing methods, and vintage details specific to what's in your glass. Expect to spend roughly an hour on tastings and conversation; the pace is unhurried. Children under 18 won't be served wine, but they're welcome to taste the oils and join the tour.
