What to expect
Fabio or Donatella will greet you and lead a guided walk through the vines and into the winery building, explaining their approach to fermentation, ageing and bottling. You'll sit down to taste the wines in sequence, typically starting light and moving to fuller-bodied reds. Conversation flows naturally—they're used to answering questions about terroir, harvest decisions and why certain batches end up in their final lineup. The whole experience moves at a relaxed pace, without the formality of larger houses.
