About this tour
Ride electric bikes through the terraced heights of Cinque Terre National Park, guided by a local who shares stories of the villages and landscape below. You'll roll past olive groves and mountain sanctuaries, then descend to an agriturismo perched above the coast for an aperitif featuring local charcuterie and Cinque Terre wine. What to expect
You'll spend the first 90 minutes riding switchbacks and gentler grades on well-maintained tracks, stopping occasionally for your guide to point out landmarks and explain how locals work the land. E-bikes do most of the climbing work; moderate fitness is still needed for balance and control on uneven terrain. The return leg brings you downhill to the agriturismo, where you'll sit on a stone terrace watching light move across the water while picking through cured meats, local cheeses and bread, washing it down with a glass of wine poured from the region.
Good to know
Bring water, sturdy shoes and sunglasses—these aren't included. Minimum height 165 cm for bike fit. Not suitable if you have spinal issues, pregnancy, or cardiovascular concerns. Public transport access is nearby. Book ahead in peak season.
